About Heather
I grew up in a small town in Ontario knowing I was different. As an empathic claircognizant and clairsentient, always had this innate sense of inner-knowing and feeling that simultaneously confused and fascinated my friends and family. As I grew older I started to harness this uniqueness and recognize it as a gift. I also integrated Yoga into my lifestyle early on, at the age of 14. After a series of traumatic events, I, at 31 years of age, dove head first into my spiritual practice and fully embraced it, and began building my healing practice at the age of 33. I became a certified Yoga Instructor, I received my certification as a level II Reiki Practitioner and have since upgraded certification to Master level. I also received my certification in teaching guided meditation, and crystal bowl chakra sound healing. I am currently working towards my 500YTT hours and am also working towards my life coach certification.
I am an unconditionally loving spirit whose sole purpose on this earth is to help, heal, and guide as many people through life as I can.
